NOTE: The Bikini Build personalized coaching is not for people who are preparing for a contest. We will manage your off-season, but do not currently offer show prep services.
How does it work?
- After you check out, you will be subscribed to The Bikini Build mobile app. Expect an invitation to access the app 1-3 days after you sign up (it takes a little time to make sure you're a verified user).
- After you download the app, you will fill out a goals and experience questionnaire and we will build your plan based on your responses.
- Start following your plan! You will track your workouts, food intake, do your check-ins and upload progress photos and get weekly feedback all in one place.
